CBA Salary Cap

One of the biggest basketball developments during this year’s offseason that largely went unreported in the Western media was the CBA’s introduction of a salary cap. It was announced several weeks ago that the Denver Nuggets and the Indiana Pacers would be playing an exhibition match in Taipei – on the 8th of October. Now we find that there will also be a game on the 11th of October in Beijing, China.
It will be played in the newly furnished Wukesong Arena – one of the first “NBA-ready” arenas in China. The two teams will travel along with their cheerleading squads and mascots to provide the full NBA experience.
